Pour des dents... in Miami, USA.
The groupexhibition The Record, contemporary art and vinyl will be at the Miami Art Museum in Miami, USA. It displays my work, Pour des dents d'un blanc éclatant et saines from March 18 till June 10 2012.
Other participants include Yukio Fujimoto, Christian Marclay, Mingering Mike, David McConnell, Ujino Muneteru, David Byrne and Jasper Johns.

Laserdisc performance at the Player, Rotterdam
Saturday the 17th of december I will perform at de Player in Rotterdam. I'll make new grooves in laserdiscRecords and play them with my turntables. Besides my performance Radboud Mens, Craig Ward, Herb Diamant, Snorri Asmundsson and Tomate van Monte will be there to give a show. It will be a good night!

New piece at the Onze zending: Nieuwe missiedagen-exhibition
At Willie in Deventer I will take part in a groupshow entitled 'Onze zending: nieuwe missiedagen'. I've made a new work for it, called the Kosmophon. The exhibition can be visited up to the 26th of december.

Radio78 live in Porto
From 13 till 16 october the Trama festival takes place in Porto, Portugal. Hannes and I will spin our 78Rpm Records at different locations in the city. Besides Radio78 there's a very nice program of performances, concerts and installation.

New work at Rollecate
On Sunday, july 3 there'll be a one-day exhibition in Rollecate, Deventer, the Netherlands. For the project Borrowed Spaces I have made a new installation, Statisch genoegen, in one of the abbandonned studio's.

Pour des dents... to Madrid
At 28 june the exhibition Después del silencio opens in La Casa Encendida in Madrid, Spain. The groupexhibition researches silence and what comes after that.Two parts of my work Pour des dents d'un blanc éclatant et saines will be at show, together with works by Nicholas Collins, John Cage, Pierre Huyghe, Juan Matos Capote, Pablo Serret, Francis Alÿs en Rafael Ortega, and others.

Let's make things... opens 'dagtocht naar het paradijs'
Sunday 19th of june opens the exhbition ‘dagtocht naar het paradijs'(daytrip to paradise) by Rien Renema and Patrick Mangnus at the Tricot-museum in Winterswijk, the Netherlands. Rik Marsman and I, aka Let's make things... will give an audiotour through the Divine Comedy of Dante. This is also the work that has inspired Patrick and Rien in making their prints and installations. Expect an soundscape from Hell, via Purgatoria to Heaven!

New work and Radio78 during the Art-bike-tour Okkenbroek
At June 11, 12 and 13 you can step on your bike and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Okkenbroek and surrounding. Also, there's art, music and theatre to enjoy.I've made a new work for this route, called Belcanto. By cycling you activate the piece and make the composition. So come on your bike.
At the farm of the Volkerink family Hannes van Soest and I, aka Radio 78 will spin our shellac records with our grammophones. Also on the route, so come for a break, picknick, or a dance!

World Record at The Not So One Man Show The piece World Record will be presented
at the group exhibition The Not So One Man Show at the Havenkwartier in Deventer, the Netherlands. Patrick Mangnus shows a selection from his art collection. The print from World Record is part of that collection and will be shown there. In addition the complete installation will be presented.
The opening is at 29th of april at 20 hours. After that the exhibition will be there until the 15th of may. Location: vmDavo, Mr. H. F. de Boerlaan 151 in Deventer, the Netherlands.

Pour des dents d'un blanc eclatant et saines, now in Boston! As part of the exhibition The Record, contemporary art and vinyl my work now travels to The Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston.
On April 15th the opening will take place and the birds will stay there till september the 5th.
And if you just don't happen to be around Boston I can recommend the catalogue, a wonderfull book with good essays and nice photograps.
