Don't let the sun go down at Art-At-Endstreet, Deventer. Invited by Art-At-Endhouse I made a new work for their exhibitionspace. You can see 'Don't let the sun go down on your grievances' there, and also activate the sculpture by pressing the red button. The gallery is 'open' 24 hours a day and my work will be there till the end of july.

Tongslag and Radio78 at the Bergkerk, Deventer This years studio-route in Deventer will be accompanied by an exhibition in the Deventer Bergkerk. From 29th of may untill the 27th of june, my work Tongslag will be on display there, amongst works of other Deventer artists.
The opening of the exhibition will be at 20 hours on the 29th of may and Hannes and I, also known as Radio78 will be of the musical support during that evening. We will play our 78rpm records and take you on a trip through the 30's, 40's and early 50's of the past century.
The opening is at friday 29th of may, at 20.00h at the Bergkerk, Bergkerkplein 1, Deventer. The exhibition will continue from then till 27th of june.
The studio-route is at 19 and 20 June, from 12 till 17h. My studio at the Middelweg 30 in Deventer is open for public.

Radio78 at the Schiw bicycle tour in Bathmen Hannes and I will be playing the old tunes for the on may 13 th. Our portable recordplayers will spin the 78 Rpm-records in the open field. Starting point of the tour is at Cultuurhuus Braakhekke in Bathmen. Radio78 can be found at a farm where they also serve pancakes! A perfect combination...

Article in New York Times An announcement for the coming group exhibition 'The Record, Contemporary Art and Vinyl' was made in the New York Times Art Special. The exhibition will be in het Nasher Museum of Art in Durham, USA. The picture of the peeweet from the series 'Pour des dents d'un blanc éclatant et saines' is present on the webpage. And that gave me a satisfied smile.
